Terms and Conditions

Your Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd Gift Card is issued and honoured by Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd, and the money you pay goes to Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd. The card runs on the Triniteq Platform, supplied by Triniteq International PTY LTD (Triniteq). Triniteq is not the issuer of your card. The details you give us when you buy a Gift Card, including your name, email address and the recipient's details, are collected and stored by Triniteq on behalf of Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd, and handled under the Triniteq Privacy Policy.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is shown on the card. No fees are charged against your balance after purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd or Triniteq do not see or store your full card number.

Gift Cards are usually ready within minutes of purchase and always within 24 hours. A delay in activation does not shorten your redemption period.

You can spend your Gift Card over as many visits as you like until the balance runs out. If your bill is more than your balance, you will pay Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd the difference by another method.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used to buy another Gift Card. They cannot be applied to a bill after it has been settled.

Treat your Gift Card like cash. We cannot replace a lost or stolen card, and anyone holding it may be able to spend the balance.

Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd or Triniteq may refuse or cancel a Gift Card we reasonably believe was obtained fraudulently, paid for with a disputed card, or altered. Where Offshore Hospitality Pty Ltd suspect misuse, staff may ask for identification before accepting it.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

By buying or redeeming a Gift Card you agree to these terms. Your use of this website and the Triniteq Platform is also governed by the Triniteq Terms of Use.
